Responsibilities
- Safely load/untractors, trailers, and shipping containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (refrigerated/ambient zones)
- Reliable transportation to Henderson facility
