Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify product accuracy against shipping manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and inventory tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace cleanliness and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts as needed
- Team player with strong communication skills
