Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete proper documentation for all inventory movements
- Participate in regular warehouse safety drills and training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
