Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using manual techniques and powered equipment
- Inspect and verify inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient warehouse flow
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Complete paperwork and digital documentation for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
