Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks using manual techniques and powered equipment
- Verify product accuracy against shipping documents and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stacking and palletizing
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
