Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect goods for damage and document discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy machinery safely according to OSHA standards
- Organize stock in designated storage zones for optimal accessibility
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily operational targets
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas through regular safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
