Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods
- Sort and organize inventory according to company protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
