Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using FIFO methods
- Maintain accurate inventory records via handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
