Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to FIFO inventory rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
