Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Organize inventory in designated zones using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and care
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check
