Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload temperature-controlled freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for damage and compliance
- Safely operate warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict cold chain protocols for perishable goods
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work in cold environments (4°C/40°F)
- Team player with reliable attendance
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
