Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules and workflows
- Operate warehouse machinery responsibly and conduct routine equipment checks
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
