Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers using proper equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies immediately
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
