Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against documentation
- Load trucks and containers using manual techniques and powered equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with proper labeling
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
