Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate material handling equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count processes
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
