Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and staging areas
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete paperwork and digital records for inventory tracking
- Participate in warehouse safety drills and compliance training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
