Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment with precision
- Verify shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
