Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-certified precision
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
