Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and containers using manual techniques and powered equipment
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Organize and stage products for efficient order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (certification provided)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (0-40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
