Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) efficiently
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/loading experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
