Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Organize and stage products for efficient shipping/receiving operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas to prevent safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
