Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipping/receiving records
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse workspace following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily inspections
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
