Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, conveyors) with proficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete documentation and reporting for all warehouse activities
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
