Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors and scanning systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital tracking tools
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading efficiency
- Organize warehouse space for optimal workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
