Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect equipment before/daily operations and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space per company standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
