Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones using provided tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily loading/unloading targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling materials and operating equipment
- Document inventory movements and equipment usage in digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with warehouse standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment assistance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
