Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to load/unload shipments
- Verify inventory counts and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading dock operations
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
