Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load/unload shipments safely
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure operational readiness
- Scan and document inventory using provided RF scanners for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
