Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) for loading/unloading shipments
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic warehouse equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License (required for forklift certification)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
