Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environment through 5S practices
- Document processing activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
