Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Verify inventory accuracy and document all material movements
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation
- Uphold safety protocols for all warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain with company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
