Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Organize stock in designated areas with proper labeling
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain clean and hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to safely operate provided heavy machinery (training included)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred
