Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize and stage inventory for timely processing and shipment dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse operational standards
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to the Arlington facility
