Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and manifests
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient workflow patterns
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA guidelines
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
