Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect and maintain assigned machinery daily
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate provided machinery (training offered)
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to NW Miami facility
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas)
