Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and hydraulic lifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy with RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
