Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Organize and stage materials for efficient shipping/receiving operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
