Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse management system for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly safety training and equipment certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with mechanical assistance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (equipment training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Reliable transportation to K Street NW location
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
