Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload merchandise from trucks and conveyor systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect and sort inventory to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Maintain organized storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Complete paperwork and inventory tracking using digital systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
