Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and manifests
- Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing/incoming goods
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality control checks on received merchandise
- Contribute to 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to East Mesa facility
