Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic familiarity with warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
