Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
