Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems) efficiently
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
