Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to safety guidelines and inventory management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against packing slips to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse area to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory movements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of packages for shipping, including labeling and sealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
