Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory with barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, power tools)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reporting
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability to cover various shifts
- Team player with strong communication skills
