Responsibilities
- Unload inbound shipments and sort items by destination
- Load outgoing shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Operate warehouse machinery including conveyor systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
