Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varied temperatures (refrigerated sections possible)
