Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory status and track orders.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying tickets.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
