Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract commercial trucks using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading schedules and workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/loading experience with powered equipment certification
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
