Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse machinery including reach trucks and order pickers with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts in WMS systems
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
